Mrs. Charak Usha originally belongs to Luni village in Bharmour Tehsil of District Chamba and presently residing in New Delhi. Mrs Charak is the 2nd child among her seven sisters. Due to the non-availability of educational institutions locally, she could pursue her education up to intermediate level only. Keeping pain in the mind of not getting higher education opportunities, she has always been passionate to help all deprived children in pursuing higher education. She believes that if we are planning for a year, we should sow rice, if we are planning for a decade, we should plant trees and if we are planning for a lifetime, we should educate our people.
