GEMS Refund Policy

We at GEMS are grateful for your donation and support of our non-profit organisation. GEMS Nonprofit’s donation refund policy ensures transparent processing of requests for refund of donations made using digital payments.

Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card.

Our Non-profit Organization expects that all donors will exercise due diligence and definite mind make-up   while making donations. We also recognize that a donation may be made erroneously, or a donor may have changed their mind.

We will examine each request for refund and exercise a sincere attempt to make the refund. We may also seek further information/documents, and donors must cooperate in this regard.

However, GEMS is not obligatory to make refunds and in its discretion may decline any requests for refund of donations, especially if a tax exemption certificate has been issued.

• If you would like your donation to GEMS Nonprofit Organization to be refunded,
• You must request GEMS Non-profit in written or by email for a refund, and Your request must reach Noble Nonprofit within 14 (fourteen) days from the date you donated
  • Donated online on GEMS site, electronically or through other methods OR
  • Handed over the cheque/demand draft to GEMS Non-profit or someone authorised1 by our Non-profit for this purpose, OR
  • Dispatched the cheque/demand draft to GEMS Nonprofit by other means.

Any refund made will be made after deducting the transaction fees (as applicable)

A written request stating the reason with below information for requesting a refund must be sent  contacting us at email: gaddigems2020@gmail.com or post mail to our mailing address.

• Date of donation
• Donation amount
• For the donation made using cheque/draft, please provide Cheque/Draft no.
• For the donation made using a credit card, provide Credit Card no. (last 4 digits only).
• For the donation made online, please provide Donation-ID.
